- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I have banked here since 1968 and am very disappointed that the bank is writing off Wilkes County. For the last few years, service has been declining (remember when we had a "personal banker"?). Wait times are often long since two other intown branches closed and the number of employees has been cut. Yesterday I went in at 3:30, which is marked peak time on the graph, and there was only one teller working. I was fourth in line and before I had finished, there were four more behind me. I will NOT be moving to another B of A 45 minutes away.By Reba Whittington, October 06, 2016
